First of all, someone introduced me to ESET, I made a decision to try it out since then I have no regret about the proformamce ESET given me therefore I choose to rate ESET 4 excellent.

The install has not been completed as…

The install has not been completed as promised, two weeks beyond the promised time. Have had to deal with multiple service reps, a manager and the installer. There's been no show for deliveries, no countertop measuring, no reorder of damaged cabinet and doors, and numerous miscommunications. I feel we were promised products that were not appropriate for our kitchen and were yessed to death so a sale could be completed. We started this process at the end of November and as of 1/20/2025 we don't have a countertop, a pantry cabinet cannot be installed, and the damaged door has not arrived. Very much regret going with this company, the cabinets' quality is not worth the money, they are way overpriced. Needless to say, I will never do business with this company again nor will I recommend it to anyone.

Happy with our pets coverage

We have had pet insurance with Many Pets for several years and filed a couple of claims. Their prices and coverage are very competitive with the market. They have been very responsive and keep you updated on the progress as the claim is reviewed. We are very happy with our pets coverage.

Quick Books Pro 1998 to Square

Because of hardware and printer availability issues I finally moved from my Quick Books Pro desktop 1998 version to Square online last January. I was a little uneasy about going online but its been highly reliable, and the portability has been handy a few times. Not really anyone to call for help but I eventually stumbled over little obstacles in the learning process and overall, has been pretty easy to become proficient. I sell landscape services and this offers everything I need for my simple business but will do much more if you have inventory and even sales by the hour to track. Being able to take online payments has been a favorite with about a 1/3 of my clients. Others preferred old school postal but thats okay because I can print invoices quickly and they looked great once I got my logo loaded. Runs on a Mac Book Pro 14 perfect. Has really been one of my smarter/pleasant business decisions.
