Very poor customer service. Package is still sitting somewhere in England. Customer service placed a replacement order and waited for another 7 days only to find out that this one is not going to ship either. Still waiting for refund after 10 days of the cancellation.
Best decision I've ever made for my dog. ManyPets never gives me trouble when I submit a claim. I've had multiple claims for my labrador and the instructions they give are very easy. Everything is so simple to navigate too. I would recommend them to anyone!
