Product was ordered online on 11/26. I received an email that the item dispatched and the estimated latest delivery was 12/3. It's now 12/11 and the product still has not arrived. It has been more than 2 weeks since it was ordered and I'm very disappointed that I paid for shipping and am still waiting. I bought this jacket for a travel to a cold weather area on 12/12 and now I've had to purchase another jacket so I could have for my trip.
i order this sweater size large its like one size up of my regular size but still it really fit on my chest and underarm and qaulity of sweater is also not good, they charge every shipping and return so i dont wanna pay more money and probably it will be my last order dont wanna shop with them any more superdry used to be my favorite brand specially when i was in UK i never had any complain about quality or fitting now i have been in chicago USA for 7 years, i was very happy when they open store here and online shopping as well but most of my orders had fitting issues and quality is not as good as it used to be,
