When I called to ask why Square was taking $1200 out of my account (and I figured it was a legitimate reason) the guy on the other line could not pull up my account because I am not technically on the account. Fair enough, until I realized that there are no workarounds for secretary's to work on the account without the owner around. Truly successful people beware, your second in command must set the account up in their name if they want admin access, or any real troubleshooting ability. Oh, and make sure you do not enter your info "wrong" three times during setup, or you will be completely locked down forever. I had a simple issue, and the guy was not taking any complaints. The guy said that he would not "take that nasty language" when merely the tone of my voice rose slightly. I told him the whole story, no attack on him, just saying the issues that I had run into with the software, and instead of trying to help, he got defensive, threatened hanging up on me, and made me mad enough to waste my time writing a review!

on 10/30/2024, I took and ACH PAYMENT for $9,994.53, tohave a security hold put on my account which I figured itwas normal for the protocol on to have my ACCOUNTDEACTIVATED TODAY by email saying THAT BECAUSE OFTHE TYPE OF TRANSACTION WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TOSUPPORT YOUR BUSINESS, AND YOU CANNOT GETYOUR MONEY BACK FOR 90 DAYS! I am out of business before it started. My client is upset to no end, from the reviews I see people are writing the DEPT OF FINANCIALPROTECTION CALIFORNIA. PLEASE HELP ME GET MYCUSTOMERS MONEY BACK REGARDS Tyrone Salazar ****STAY AWAY FROM SQUARE!!!

Square is my 4th platform I've used booking...and also the longest. I love everything abouit Sqaure. Email marketing, the analytics for the campaigns is so easy to understand. It's motivating! I received a business loan within my 1st year of using it, the terms are reasonable. Square is cool. fa sho.
