Review Time
The system is easy enough for my volunteers which is wonderful. I still do however wish that when I had a question I could actually get a person. There are reports I want to run that a person might be able to help me with, questions about charging customers for the CC fees we get charged, etc.
Absolutely god awful. A couple days after I opened the square checking/savings account I transferred all of my savings into that savings account and the next morning my account was suddenly closed for no apparent reason but better yet they have been keeping the money I transfered into the account. Won't respond to emails. I was told they will release funds after 3 months it's been well over 3 months and still nothing. It's been by far the worst customer service I have ever delt with and when I ask when I'm get can withdraw my funds all I get as response is"after reviewing your ur account we have determined that you can't proceed cess payments with square ". Long story short worst customer experience I've ever had with any payment processor I've ever worked with
I signed up for Square so that I could take payments for my small business. They sold my information and now I get 15-20 spam callers every day, Monday through Friday between 8am and 5pm. From all sorts of numbers so can't just block. Now Im going to have to change my phone number. Thank you Square! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANY SMALL BUSINESS OWNER.
I feel like you have abandoned your athletic line in favor of poor fitting clothes with cool graphics. That strategy may work for a few years, but will not create the brand loyalty for long term success. Your return process is a huge hassle by modern standards. I am done and moving on to other brands.
We use Square Register in our food truck. It’s very easy to set up, and use. We have the cash drawer and printer as well. If there is one negative aspect, it’s the fact that you need a reliable internet connection. In some areas (rural Kentucky ) we just don’t have good service which really makes using square useless. I’ve never had much success with the offline mode. I really can’t blame square for not having a reliable internet, but wish that they could make offline payments easier.
