I gave 5 stars for the customer service I received from Rebecca A. and Nick. I never received my order so I sent a email about it. Within 24hrs Rebecca emailed me back and found out what happened with my order. Then Nick rendered my items again for me. Great customer service and quick response from them. Thanks again.
I love the Square since it lets me access my invoices on the go and mark them as paid as soon as a customer pays me. What I don't like is that I cannot update my legal name on this account since I got married. I cannot make a payment paid back to another day that it actually occurred. I cannot make partial payments available to my customers on my invoices. And once an invoice is marked paid you cannot undo that nor edit that invoice any further. This was something that I dealt with for years when I used Paypal invoices but they eventually did fix this glitch. I am certain my complaints are things that can very well be fixed since their competitor, Paypal was able to do as well.
I love the ease of taking a payment and processing it with no issues. Love that I may run the reports I need on a monthly basis. It's great I can email the receipt to the client right from the sight and print the receipt with no hesitation. I rate square to be a 5 star company.
