Unrelated to ordering issues, we are now 25 days past making the order and the bags are still in "personalizing". Talking with support, it sounds like they may not even be personalizing, and no one contacted us to let us know there was an issue.

Great Customer Service!

The customer agent (I think his name was Chino? or something like that) who helped me was thoroughly knowledgeable of my issues and with his help, we were able to fix the problems and renew my ESET security for my Lenovo laptop for another 3 years.

I bought a renewal of 3 years for two computers

I bought a renewal of ESET for 3 years for two laptop computers. When trying to load on the second computer it was very difficult, even though I followed instructions. The number for support went to the place I purchased my computers and their support finally had to log on to the 2nd computer and do a bunch of stuff that I would have had no idea how to do in order to get it activated. I am not a complete dummy when it comes to computers, but it was way past my expertise (which is not much). I will probably think twice when renewals come again.
