Over priced

Pens look good they write ok ( I have had better) but the shipping and handling and other fees you add on makes the pens over priced, we will not be reordering priced

Was given a 10% discount

Was given a 10% discount, which I appreciated. I was never told final price, my fault for not asking, but then was charge all these miscellaneous set up fees, so the discount was GONE. What a joke to charge set up fees for typing in words, no logo had to be set up. I know all about the ASI business as my Dad used to be in it.

Very upset with purchase

We ordered pens for a trade show. When ordering the pens said a 5 day shipping. It came to 10 days and I messaged the chat and they said they expedited the order. On day 11 since I never received an email about it, I contacted them by chat again. I was then told that the pens are out of stock and we couldn't be helped. We then got a refund on the pens. Scrambling days before our event to find replacements. The magnets that we ordered were great except I noticed a bunch and some of the magnet missing (like there was some but chunks of it were gone). This was a horrible experience for us as we were not prepared to not have our promotional products.

Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever. Communication was horrible. I placed three orders , 2 were no issue and the 3rd was clearly being handled by bots or ignored by humans. I won’t order again

ZERO STARS: Paid for Express Shipping, Got a Missed Deadline! (Order for 1,700 Water Bottles)On October 6th, I placed an urgent order for 1,700 water bottles needed for a major Clark County School District event on October 17th. I spoke directly with sales specialist Monique Besley, who promised the delivery date would be met IF we paid for express shipping. We paid it immediately.Fast forward to Thursday, October 16th—one day before the required deadline—and my order still hadn't shipped. When I called, they calmly informed me the bottles were "still being printed" and apologized that the delivery promise was impossible to keep.This is an unacceptable failure. They took our money for express shipping, dropped the ball completely, and then offered absolutely nothing to try and make it right or meet the commitment they guaranteed. We are left high and dry.BOTTOM LINE: If you have a large, time-sensitive order, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Pay the extra cost to another company. You will save yourself massive headaches. You have lost a guaranteed yearly order from the Clark County School District. We will not be recommending this company to anyone in our district again.
