I like ease of use with the tap to pay. I do struggle to find transactions though. I cannot search by services or items sold, which would help. Sldo, I quit selling eGift Cards because Square charges 2 fees on those. And I cannot add surcharge to help cover that.
I enjoyed using Square for the first eight months of the year - no issues, timely service, ease of use. Over the last three months I've had numerous issues with connectivity at our Farmers Market and had to call customer support a couple of times but the issue keeps coming up at every Saturday market. I have to do manual entry on all my charges as it's often to busy to take time out to call support and fix the issue. Every time I have to do a manual entry requires more time per customer and it often fails to get approval (which I may have some input issues with). It's frustrating to have to pay a greater percentage processing fee because I cannot get the reader to work.
