I have been very pleased with the ease of working with ManyPets. I have had several claims and each one was easy to submit with prompt review and payment. I have two friends who have taken out insurance for their dogs upon my recommendation.
The ability to take all different types of payments is great about having square. The savings account with square is a great thing to select because you can save money and also gain interest on the money that's saved. I highly recommend Square for any business
When researching what to use for my new business i saw a lot of negative feedback when it came to Square but decided to give it a try based on positive feedback from those i personally knew using it. It has been over a year and i have never had any type of issue. If i have a question, they are very easy to get in touch with. Money transfers quickly and has never been held. Not sure why there is so much negative feedback unless it is user error. I highly recommend to anyone especially those just starting out as it is very easy to use and affordable. Don't get stuck making monthly payments/renting a system. Just purchase Square outright. No regrets!
I have a problem with a customer that we ran through Square. The customer cancelled the order. I immediately send a refund check to the customer. I have that cancelled check. The customer filed a complaint with Square. You opened a case and your representative on the phone told me I had to contact the customer. The customer is not talking to me. I was told by your rep that I had to contact her bank. Your company contacted the bank and they said that they would refund her money to her account. Now she has been paid back twice for the order. I got an e-mail this morning from Square that said that the case was closed. Now her account has been refunded by her bank and by me in the form of a check. That's refunded twice. Transfers can be put on hold for no reason. When you call to speak to representative they will tell you different things and not let you speak to a manager. They've cost me a lot of money by holding transactions I needed to purchase materials for my customers. Square has caused my customers to go to my competitors. This is a horrible Company if you're using credit card transactions!!!
