I have been a Square user for almost 3 years, I have an annual premium subscription and 4 more subscriptions such as Invoice Plus, Email Marketing, and others. Now I am being charged double fees for loans they offer. This is a criminal practice prohibited by law. I have already sent them 4 emails explaining everything and detailing the laws that prohibit this. I receive absolutely no response. Besides trying to steal from me, I am trying to clarify and I have no response, precisely because they know I am being victimized. I am still waiting for a response to this attempted crime against a long-standing customer. I am even considering studying a new, more honest and transparent software to migrate permanently.
