Didn’t even last a year which is not good enough in my opinion as much cheaper boots have lasted longer than this. Customer services aren’t responding to my emails, I expect much more from a company as big and expensive as this !

Things cost too much that should be included in the price isn’t and the system isn’t working half the time but it’s too hard to switch to another site so you are stuck

They nickel and dime you to death

They nickel and dime you to death by putting certain features behind multiple pay walls so you end up have to pay for all of them. Now they’re raising their rates. They need to invest some of that money into reducing outages. They supposedly offer custom processing rates for business that processes over $300k annually. I’ve been waiting almost a year for a call back from my rep regarding the custom rate. I’m seriously considering switching over to Clover this year.
