I paid into a pet policy for over 15 months but had no pet care so it made the whole policy more or less pointless to have
So I cancelled this and was told of a £190 refund
This hasn’t been paid, when I ring I’m told the finance dept will be in touch, that was hours ago and no contact
I tried live chat that was a joke
Yes this a truly poor customer service
Don’t mind taking premiums but stall and dig there feet in at promises to refund people

Not easy to contact. Policy is good. If you are happy to do everything online all is well. Try and contact them by phone or, use their online payment service then grab a flask of coffee, packed lunch and sleeping bag and being prepared to settle down for a wasted day. Renewed this year through inertia but next year will be different. Older people are just as important in this tech world. Advertising 'on line real person help' them waiting ....and waiting....and waiting . Then no one turns up. Get a grip Swinton! If you expect customers to use your system then at least have it operational!

These people are brain dead & totally ignore customers instructions. I specifically instructed them not to renew my policy due to the absolutely ridiculous renewal price. They confirmed it wasn't on auto renewal & it will stay that way. Because i paid in full from my debit card for that year they still went ahead & renewed & took £640 from my account. I had to kick off & lodge a complaint & get it refunded. If their this incompetent at this stage just imagine when you need to claim for a loss. They are now trying to lowball me with a compensation offer which has & will continue to be declined. With insurance being there for your protection the best thing everybody can do is to stay as far away from these fools as possible as they are way to incompetent to trust. Please be warned & think about the inconvenience & bank charges you will incur if take such a large unauthorised amount from your accounts.

Awful customer service. All AI generated nonsense. No one seems to care that customer wants a quick, basic phone call with a "human"! Even tried web chat and that was all "bots"! They're definitely quick to take your money but if you dare consider trying to leave or negotiate with them they're not interested & treat customers like they don't exist!!

I put in a claim for a broken TV. They took the tv, they told me for 7 days. We'll 5 weeks later and several phone calls to them asking for an update they told me an amount for renewal last week. I phoned yesterday and they would give me a £100 less. I would not recommend this company. I will be leaving at renewal.

Same as last year couldn't take payment. On line site is robotic site. Waste of time. Try to call .press 1 to review insurance. Do that. Then another one. Then another one. Then on hold. It's difficult to speak to some.online do not update site as still got 2023 insurance on there. No 2024 or 2025 let alone 2026. Once you get through that .not bad.
