Square customer service staff has always been great. Square WAS my favorite for my appointments and selling retail. Even the website was acceptable. Now I am being charged for everything. All of the prices went up for square services including card processing fees. Services that were previously free such as syncing my appointment calendar to my Google calendar. Which doesn’t cost Square anything to sync those. Square had record profits and is now nickel and diming its users to death. I know every e-commerce tool has gotten worse.. the fact that many of us have been with square for over a decade and this is how we are rewarded?? Square is greedy and if you can find other companies that give a care about their users go there. And if you would let the rest of us know too, thanks!
I had previously rated square lower. Well, this company has grown so much but they still manage to call you and help you with every problem. So far they been more than great. They been honest, they given me trust and I am never living them. If your not doing good, it's probably because you don't have square.
What can I say. They have an automated bank verification system, and it is supposed to take up to 4 days. I only changed my bank account number, so one would think it's simple at Square? 7 days later still no account verification, and after the 4th day I started getting overdraft fees from my bank. After 7 days, they told me there was nothing they can do, other than me start all over again! = 4 more days! We'll, this time the 2 small deposits and withdrawals were never made by there system! Called back after the second day, and of course, same responce. Wait another 4 days! We'll over 600.00 in overdraft fees, late fees, and I'm sure my credit is ruined for 7 years! I still cannot get my funds out of Square and into my bank! And as you can see there reply is all you'll get. As they have no control over their automated system.
