SuperDry quality is still "good" but…

SuperDry quality is still "good" but not the top quality that it was a few years ago. Materials have been made a bit smaller and thinner...disappointed that a premium brand down graded to just a good brand

My customer transferred $25,000 over to…

My customer transferred $25,000 over to me for parts on a job I'm working on for them. The money was flagged since it was a large amount so my customer and I had to answer some questions, which we both did. My customers American Express was fine with it and moved forward but Square has been holding my money for over a week and refuses to give it to me which is causing me not to be able to complete my job for my customer. Square's customer service has no idea how to fix the problem and they just keep talking in circles. The only option they gave me was to take a portion of my money and then they'd release it that day. First, the amount they wanted was very large and two, that's extortion. They finally told me that it would be deposited in my bank as of last night. It is not there this morning, yet again. I will never use this company in the future and if you have large sums of money being transferred, I highly suggest using someone else if you need your money. I checked the BBB and the list goes on and on for others having this same problem with various types of payments from small to large, also with extremely intrusive questions being asked about businesses along with constant promises of releasing the money within a few days and it never happens. As for this situation, it's appearing that I will likely have to get an attorney involved along with contacting the FTC. Stay away from Square!
