Superdry tends to run extremely small. Had to return a few things to size up. Woodfield branch is huge with a ton of great stuff to choose from. Because the store is huge, I had to walk around to find someone to help me out. Staff was helpful enough.
I used to love Superdry. They have good clothing, free shipping and free return. Their sizes is always OFF, so free shipping and return helps a lot. Now, I dont want to buy from them anymore. The website glitches as well. I accidentally place an order twice because there is no confirmation at the end of the payment, so I though the order didnt went but it did. I had problems cancelling the order. They still shipped the order and have to return it to them. Customer service is slow to response as well. Finally got one order, the dress have holes on it.
