Review Time
I've been using Square for 4 years now and have always been very satisfied with their customer support by phone. Recently my chip reader stopped working and I discovered that I am no longer able to speak to a human tech support person over the phone, you can only get a series of texts which do not resolve the problem. It's difficult to even identify the problem with the options given. I finally sent Square an email telling them that I have no choice but to switch to another provider as I can no longer get proper tech support. I was almost a week without the ability to take debit sales. The email I received in response contained instructions to solve my problem, the solution worked, but I have no confidence that sticking with Square won't result in more frustration and lost sales and lack of proper customer support. I've always recommended Square to other merchants but no longer feel confident in doing so.
To Anyone who doesn't agree with square. Maybe you just weren't explaining your issue well enough to them and maybe your right square might not be right for you. But don't down play them on their customer service because they're awesome. Square has given me a more professional aspect to my business and has helped me grow so much. I even have credit loan offers with them. Love Square. Would totally and have recommend them to anyone!
Cashier was rude during our visit. We asked if we could hold some items at the register while we continued to shop, so that we didn’t have to keep carrying them around and she seemed annoyed and asked “so does that mean you’re going to buy this?” In a condescending tone. Once we were ready to check out, we went back to the register, where our previous items were there in a pile waiting for us. The cashier stayed practically silent and seemed to not want to assist us. She moved to the next register over without asking us to follow her and we grabbed all of the items ourselves and moved them over to the register she chose. She finished checking us out in complete silence, and handed us the bag without saying a word, not even a “thank you”. Her attitude made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable, which has never been the case at other locations around the country
Order went missing. No update from Superdry. very difficult to get in touch with them.. finally got in touch via chat and now the items ordered are out of stock!!!! amount charged CC and refunds will take 5 working days!! No incentive to purchase again from superdry online
