The two employees there really made the experience amazing. They were polite, helpful, and super good at sales. If it wasn’t for them I would have walked out without buying anything. And they weee also patient when I didn’t know what I was looking for and could not decide. I was just visiting from out of town and was just looking but they went above and beyond and found something I really liked and it looked good on me as well.
I own one leather super dry (featured on the hit series “dear white people”, I own a herringbone 3/4 trench by super dry as well. I also own a green parka b super dry. My wife just purchased her fist super dry parka full length less than 12 hours ago. Now my daughter has two tank tops by super dry. The style and quality is unmatched. Learning you had a NYC location was very cool while i was vacationing there this week. My pieces i purchased from the UK. The 7th avenue Times Square staff was friendly and helpful.
