Shipping was fast. Coat looks and feels nice but sizing was a gamble. I ended up ordering 2 sizes to be sure of fit. My biggest complaint is the inability to talk to anyone about issues. Terrible communication. I did reach a very nice salesperson in Arlington VA store out of desperation and she did her best to help and made me feel safer about buying from this company. Otherwise the new owners of the coats (I kept both) are very happy.
