Horrible customer service. I am still waiting over a week for them to release my money. $714 of my money they have refused me access to. They believe I own the entire Hempz company simply because I requested to sell CBD products through square. They have not returned my emails or messages as of last Friday and it is going on 1pm Monday. No “I’m sorry” or “we’ll get this taken care of” nothing. I’m horrible upset as this is my grocery and Christmas money. And only source of income.
If I could give square a negative one hundred I would. They will accept you as a merchant then when you accept your first payment they will hold it for 90 days. There is no one you can speak to that has any relevant information to give. Let’s hope it’s not a large payment that puts you out of business. Absolutely awful company!
Received an email from them it says item has been shipped but as per UPS the item is not in their possession yet and it needs clearance information. UPS intiated contact but SUPERDRY hasnt responded. I keep tracking the shipment everyday but the status hasn’t changed. The item is not moving. I don’t know when will I receive it.
I have been with square for about 4 years now and I have yet to be disappointed!! All the amenities they offer is truly incredible and one of a kind! I won’t be going anywhere I’ll use them for alll my future business and personal needs!!
