The sizes are super confusing. There is no exchanging allowed. Everything is done by a return. Making purchases from this site is overly costly with all the shipping cost. Customer service is hard available to get through to with urgency. It’s all delayed responses via email.

They explained that the breakdown of the rubber sole was attributed to the way I had stored the boots.I have really appreciated their swift response and am eager to try out the new pair, anticipating a more satisfactory experience.
