I never received the order because of a weird shipping fiasco and UPS did not even try to find my package for me after they sent it to the wrong address. I tried to contact the place where it was sent and they said that they never saw the package and the apartment it was delivered to and got it.
They are scammers,They'll keep your money forever.After verification of selfie/id they will deactivate your account and never release your funds.90 days holding period was clearly mentioned in the deactivation email but its been 7 months and counting.My funds are still inside square.There is a balance of $6000 in myy square account.
I have owned my boots for exactly 2 months and the soles are cracking. I went back to were I had bought them from and they said they would order another pair but I needed to wear my boots for 2 more months to see if they continue to fall apart. I wasn't very happy. Why couldn't they just give me the new pair? I paid over $200 dollars for these boots and they only lasted 2 months.
I have been with square for almost 10 years and have always enjoyed their services. In the last couple of years I've had a couple of fraudulent charges made to my account and I've always had very quick and knowledgeable response to my issues and it always leaves me feeling like they're on top of the problem and it leaves me feeling confident in any future business I do through Square.
