Not Neatly Done

We were hoping for some nice calendars to give to our clientele. Unfortunately, all of the printing of our company label is messily done and uneven. It would be possible for us to pass them out, at the same time I don't think it's a good reflection on our company. We usually like what we purchase from Pens.com, but this purchase was disappointing.

I have ordered many times from you, yet do not receive any discounts.Also, I wanted the variety of colors, and I had to get only one color - not what I wanted. Delivery is slow as well. Also, hidden tariffs fee? I won't order again.

I ordered 100 pens. Shipping order in shipment indicated 100. Received 77 and no invoice. At present I haven’t received instructions how to proceed. I plan to pay 77 percent of total. Will remit on Tuesday unless I get instructions to do otherwise.

Pens were delivered late.

Ordered over the phone and told the rep that I needed the pens no later than Monday, Oct 6th. She adjusted the shipping, charged me more, and confirmed they would like be here the Friday before. They showed up Tuesday, Oct 7th in the afternoon, after the symposium was over. I don't think the pens were completed or shipped on the anticipated timeline, which led to them being late.
