I have ordered many times from you, yet do not receive any discounts.Also, I wanted the variety of colors, and I had to get only one color - not what I wanted. Delivery is slow as well. Also, hidden tariffs fee? I won't order again.
We received 210 pens with black ink. We intentionally ordered 210 Engraved Paragon Stylus Pens with BLUE ink. We look forward to a correction on this order. My experience with pens.com products in the past has been incredibly positive. This is the first time the product and delivery time has disappointed.
