Review Time
I've been ordering yearly from Pens.com for the calendars I send out to my clients. I've been having issues the last few years with not receiving enough envelopes. It happened again this year. I was short 25 envelopes again plus I have 19 bad calendars (where logo writing is smudged, etc.). I've been working with someone and hope to have the additional envelopes received in time for me to do my mailing...Very Frustrating. Quality control needs to be better.
