The shipping process is gruesome. It's bad enough that your closest store which is an hour away from me closed. Waiting for these ages ya. I really want to like these but the size is sort of inconsistent with some tight at the chest, armpit...I have one item supposedly on exchange. Let's see how long it takes to get that one from the first order. I may have all white hairs by then.
