Review Time
I've been trying to cash out the last bit of my money since I sold my business and thay won't let me. This has been a nightmare for the past year I'm to the point we're im about to go take a legal route.No one calls me back and when I do call I'm on hold for hrs on end to get the run around.
I ordered in an online store. I liked the quality of the clothes and the mailing service was very fast, however the communication was very slow. I asked a question and I received a response that didn’t provide me an explanation. I’m still waiting for the answer regarding a billing issue. I bought clothes on sale but in my receipt that I receive it shows a price that did not match the sale price. The company charged me full price instead of what the site provide on the outlet sale. This is a BIG problem!
The store is very clear about informing you about the receipt of your order and letting you know when it has been dispatched. There are periodic emails regarding the arrival of your package. The date is usually spot on; if there is a delay you will receive an email with an updated delivery date.
I placed an Order Number: SUPERDRYUS5155731 Order Date: Tuesday, February 28 Delivery Information: EAUSSTD My package arrived open I sent pictures to your customer service department which contacted me more than a week later, never gave his or her name, basically ridiculed me and tried to prove a false accusation of me lying in someone way about not receiving my items and I’m still dealing with this situation to this day. I’ll be contacting the BBB to report this as well, the public should know what kind of service they’re going to be facing should something go wrong with the shipment as it did in my case.
first off just the quality of the hoodies are just like no other. This brand is just my fav for hoodies. I haven't tried any other products of theirs but I will soon. i'm excited to try more of super dry products. if you're a hoodie fanatic like me ,this the place to shop. highly recommended. p.s my products was delivered with in 4 days which I was shocked of how fast it came.
