Quality of items exceeded my expectations, there's clear attention to detail, and love the concept of using recycled bottles to stuff these jackets. Great fit (would've been perfect on a taller woman, im 5'4") overall. Also a great buy on sale!
I bought (online) few jackets on sale. The price was incredible. The delivery was fast and easy. Unfortunately I am pretty tall and the sleeves were too short. I had to return them so I went to the Outlet Store at Citadel. The staff was AMAZING!!!! They made the return process sooo nice and easy. Overall GREAT SHOPPING EXPERIENCE
As a minimalist I was looking for a jacket that accomplished multiple tasks: looks great, not bulky, warm with a hood so I won't have to carry a hat. This jacket fits the bill. In addition very impressed with the details such detachable hood, elastic cuffs, etc.
