Availability of trailers was missing when booking.Some vital info could have been given prior to our booking, such as: An overview of availability of trailers on the location chosen, the importance of the exact booking time for opening the lock (not possible before that time, even though we were standing in front of it) and info about the cost of insurance and booking-fee (for this "Use-for-free" trailer).But when we had managed to understand these issues, everything went fine. And it was a smart way of making us take photos for you of the trailer prior to handing it back. Good for both parties, - I hope! But the photos should be available the app's Historical bookings, - which I did not find.
