Ordered a silver watch strap but they sent me black, tried to contact them via the customer service email but that bounces back constantly, tried to contact them via Instagram but got no reply.
I’ve now had to lodge a dispute with my credit card company to try and get a refund
Placed order 20+ days ago. Tracking says it has arrived in country a week ago. Reach out to customer service and still no idea where or when will be delivered. For the price , service a complete fail. Can’t reccomend
I made two different orders, the first one was delivered really quickly but the strap didn’t have a comfortable and secure fastening, so I ordered a different second one magnetic that was lost by the courier during the delivery (delivered to the wrong address). After having provided evidence of the incorrect delivery, Nicole of the Nava Bands customer service sent me another one in some days, so five stars to her for the excellent and accurate service
As a tech enthusiast who loves customizing my Apple Watch Ultra 2, I have always found the standard lug mechanism a bit tedious for daily swaps. The Magna Link 2.0 by Nava Bands completely solves this problem, and honestly, it is one of the best accessories I have purchased this year.Build Quality & AestheticsThe first thing you notice is the build quality. The connectors feel premium and robust, which is essential when you are pairing them with a rugged device like the Ultra 2. The finish matches the titanium case almost perfectly, making it look like an OEM accessory rather than a cheap third-party add-on. It gives the watch a slightly more tactical, aggressive look that I really appreciate. The "Click" and SecurityMy biggest concern was the strength of the magnets. I am happy to report that the locking mechanism is incredibly strong. The audible "click" when the two ends snap together is extremely satisfying and gives you immediate tactile feedback that the watch is secure. I have worn this during workouts and daily commutes, and I never felt like it was going to detach accidentally. The 2.0 version seems to have improved the magnet alignment compared to similar adapters I have tried in the past.UsabilityThe convenience factor is off the charts. Being able to snap my band on and off in a split second without sliding anything into the watch channel changes the experience entirely. It makes swapping straps for different occasions (gym vs. dinner) effortless.Pros:Extremely strong magnetic hold (feels safe for daily use).High-quality materials that match the Apple Watch Ultra aesthetic.Quick-release mechanism is smooth and reliable.Easy installation of standard bands onto the adapters.Cons:It adds a slight bit of extra width to the lug area, which might be noticeable if you have smaller wrists (not an issue for me).Slightly pricier than standard adapters, but worth it for the peace of mind.VerdictIf you are like me and own multiple bands for your Apple Watch, the Magna Link 2.0 is a must-have. It transforms the way you interact with your wearable. Highly recommended for Ultra users looking for that tactical edge and convenience.
