Not real medical insurance

First time in 6 years using this medical insurance at $625.00 a month and they denied a endoscopy test to first diagnose what was going wrong with me! I paid full $1200.00 out of my pocket and that was just the first step now I have to worry going forward with the treatment plan! That tells ya everything you need to know its a scam, a lie, and a fraud!

Not the plan I was promised by the agent

I just got this insurance and realized it was a scam when I went to the pharmacy and my prescription wasn't covered and the agent told me I should buy it from an online pharmacy in Canada. I Googled buying drugs from Canada, and it's illegal to do so. I am canceling this policy and looking for an alternative. Thanks to the others for posting their experiences here. Trustpilot and BBB all have mostly one-star reviews.

WORST COMPANY EVER!!

WORST COMPANY EVER!!! don't even think to get this as health insurance insurance. They don't cover even the routine procedures like most of the companies does. Customer service also horrible, they don't help you to understand your responsibilities. They suggest you go to the dr. and wait how much they charge you and how much they cover, and then.... you get bills everywhere

This health insurance is miserable

This health insurance is miserable. They claim that it's exactly the same as the United health group. And when I called because I needed to go to a doctor I went specifically to the urgent care they told me to and I got turned away and told that I was not in network. They also won't help me fix issues on my account. You miserable miserable insurance.

Horrible company

Horrible company. Dishonest, not clear, not trustworthy. The person who signed me up, Nicholas Amico, said he would help me get my wrist surgery covered. When the time came, he completely ghosted me. He wouldn't return my phone calls, and he wouldn't return my messages. No integrity whatsoever. Then I just find out that he signed me up for a service for an extra $90 that I don't even use. I've paid an extra $4000...$4000!!!! over the course of my time with them. Stay away or get out as fast as you can.

This is the worst insurance ever

This is the worst insurance ever. They cover NOTHING. They say they'll cover a yearly mammogram, but nope, still got a bill for $680. Had two tubes of blood work done, which charged us $2100 and they covered $700 of it. We pay SOOOO much for insurance coverage and they basically cover nothing and find loopholes everywhere. It's truly criminal and if it didn't cost so much for lawyers, I would pursue fighting them on so many levels. It's pointless to have insurance with them other than simply covering a catastrophe...and my guess is they wouldn't end up covering that in the end either. Avoid this at all costs.

This is the worst insurance

This is the worst insurance, You get one surgery a year and they call a doctor looking up your nose a surgery!!! I did not realize till this all the bad reviews. Run as fast as you can from this company... I am having to fight this as we speak.

1 Star only because 0 isn't an option.Stay far away. This company is fraudulent. I was laid off and needed "gap" insurance for myself and my 3 month old daughter for 3 months until we could join her healthcare plan. When I spoke with an agent to get signed up, I made 2 things VERY clear:1. I needed a plan that would cover vaccinations for my daughter as she would be receiving her 4 and 6 month vaccinations during the time we would be covered.2. I needed coverage to end effective on a specific date as we would then be covered under my wife's insurance.I was billed for the 4 and 6 month vaccinations and nothing was covered. I called to dispute it and got nowhere with customer support. They said their company policy to file a claim was for me to email the customer service rep who would forward my email to their manager who would then forward my email to their Customer Affairs department. They would not CC me on any emails nor was there any way to confirm that my claim was received. They would not give me contact information for their Customer Affairs department and there is nothing online to contact them directly.They also charged me past the date when my policy was to be cancelled. I called to dispute this an]\d they claimed that I never called to cancel my policy.This company is fraud to the highest degree. In 3 months (4 since they didn't cancel my policy when asked) I will have spent $3500 out of pocket with ZERO coverage for my daughter's vaccinations. They should be shut down. FRAUD. FRAUD. FRAUD.
