Please do not use US Health Group for insurance! It is a scam! I am not sure how they can legally still be in business. Fortunately, I found this out before a medical emergency happened that would have left me in a terrible financial position.

Katrina Schlothauer is the the agent to talk when you are in need of insurance! We had their plan for almost a year. She totally knows her stuff and will help you guide you through the process. She helped us in NY and now in FL. Some bills were higher than others but such is life! Call her and she will explain in plain English the coverage that would best suit your needs.

The worst Insurance company available

The worst Insurance company available. I pay over $1500/month and they denied my coverage for anxiety related medical treatment. I can't believe that they can get away with it.

I paid $500/month family plan. Doesn't even cover regular vaccination for my son. Please don't be deceived; the worst insurance ever. We basically got robbed for almost a year with no proper coverage.

My husband and I were misled and lied…

My husband and I were misled and lied to about this "medical coverage" plan. The sales rep sent us documents of typical discounts and coverage for standard doctor visits, to see a specialist and medication. We were upfront about everything, medication, concerns and issues and was not told anything would be denied or unaffordable. As of today I have been denied PT after going to one appointment and having no clue my insurance will not cover PT! This was after seeing a spine specialist in order to get an MRI - which showed 2 bulging discs and possible pinched nerve in my neck. Now I'm being denied coverage of a typical doctor appointment to get medication refilled (300 dollar bill) and my husbands doct appointment they only covered 75 of a 470 bill! Conveniently the sales rep who misled and lied to us is no longer returning our calls or emails!

Terrible policy

Terrible policy, they cover only 20% of claim bill and once in a while send you a check of $2 to $30 while charging you $800 per month

CROOKS!!! plain, and simple, CROOKS!!! They tell you you can go to any doctor on United healthcare. It’s a lie the doctors will not take you because it is A rip off. Your doctors will turn you away and will not let you in the office with this insurance. The insurance lies to you and tells you the doctors will take you. Now I get a reply from another idiot. I’ve already contacted multiple supervisors and reported you to the insurance commissioner. Your company has already been in touch with me andrefused to do a thing about it. CROOKS!!!

BUYER BEWARE!

BUYER BEWARE!! I assure you, it's in your best interest to find another insurance company. Once they get you signed up, don't be surprised if you don't get a return phone call or email to any questions you have. My claim was denied stating "Patient cannot be identified". My EOB clearly shows my name and information, but now I have to spend my time trying to get in contact with anyone that will answer a call or request to get this bill paid. The medical providers I've spoken to said this is one of the worst insurance providers and in addition to their lack of coverage, they pull stunts like this to avoid paying. It's criminal and absolutely ridiculous.

Was a great insurance company

Was a great insurance company, but dropped me after they stopped taking automatic payments out of my account and then wouldn't reinstate me after reviewing my health records saying I had ankle problems, but I was going to the podiatrist for calluses. Out right cruel and I bragged about how good they were only to let me down. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Bad Hiring Experience

Bad Hiring Experience I was offered a position at US Health in February upon passing two insurance license exams. There was no offer letter extended, although I had asked the Hiring Manager Kelsey, more than once. In my second phone interview, I was told my exam fees would be reimbursed once completed. Do not make me laugh! Exams cost $92 each, there are a total of 4 to pass PLUS the $145 pre-licensing fee. I stayed in touch with Kelsey throughout my courses and once passed, no response! I reached out to the Regional Manager, Nicholas - no response? I paid nearly $600 out of pocket for a job offer and no returned calls, no reimbursement for licensing. Please don't make my mistake, avoid US Health at all costs they are exploiting job candidates.
