Review Time
Ten days after placing an order intended as a Christmas gift, I called and was informed that there was no record of my transaction. They promised someone would contact me within 48 hours, despite having my payment for a full ten days. Clearly, the product will not arrive in time for Christmas, if it arrives at all.
I ordered 4 items but only received 2. It wasn't until I called that I learned the others were out of stock, despite the website indicating they were available at the time of purchase. They issued a prompt refund, but the initial experience could have been better. I may hesitate to order again.

I did not receive an order confirmation, so I placed an order with another seller. To my surprise, my order arrived, forcing me to cancel the other one. There was no receipt included, so I had to request one. This was quite disappointing.
