I ordered 3 parts for my BMW in November exactly one month later the parts did not arrive after having spoken with them, they did not give me any idea when they were going to send me the parts. After a month I cancel the order I had no problem canceling. I asked for my money back, they said okay. 2 months passed and I did not receive my refund, I had to call PayPal to resolve this problem, after speaking with PayPal I had my refund. I don't recommend to no one do business with them I believe they ripping costumers.

Their website states that all returns incur a mandatory 20% restocking fee, regardless of circumstances. They do not supply return labels, and if you opt to use theirs, they will deduct the return shipping cost from your refund along with the 20% fee. Furthermore, their website inaccurately claims that certain parts fit specific vehicles when they do not. Despite this incorrect fitment, they refuse to accept full returns. This feels deceptive—misleading information and an inflexible return policy lead to a frustrating and costly experience.
I ordered a part on December 30 and paid an additional $102 for same-day overnight shipping. Customer service later informed me that the part would not arrive until the 10th and would ship out on the 13th. I received no updates, and when I called on the 14th, the representative asked if I wanted to cancel. It was a terrible experience—I'll never shop here again.
I am giving this company 5 stars due to their exceptional customer service and competitive prices. I ordered a transmission filter housing that got stuck at a USPS processing center. I needed it for a scheduled service for my vehicle. After contacting USPS, they advised me to reach out to the seller. When I contacted them, I spoke with a representative who was understanding and helpful. I ended up ordering a different part from the manufacturer to ensure timely service. When I reached back out to return the part I ordered from them, they provided an RMA slip and a shipping label. This level of service is what sets them apart from others. I highly recommend this company for performance parts as they genuinely care about customer satisfaction.
I've decided to stop shopping at this company. Their checkout process is inadequate, and they struggle with order management. I've faced issues with three out of my last four orders, where items listed as in stock take an extended time to ship or don't ship at all. There is also a lack of communication. I recommend taking your business elsewhere; I certainly will.
