Extremely disappointed with their service. I've been making multiple purchases recently, and it's been one issue after another. First, they sent me the wrong color. Now, they shipped my order to an old address—even though I always select my current address when ordering.To make things worse, customer service told me to go knock on a stranger's door to try and retrieve my parcel. There’s no guarantee I’ll get it back.The system won’t allow me to update the default shipping address, and the order confirmation email doesn’t even show which address was selected. By the time I saw the shipping confirmation, the package had already been dispatched.They charge a handling fee but clearly don’t double-check shipping details or use common sense. My billing address was correct, but the shipping address wasn’t—so now I’ve wasted $128.
Not sure why each item has to be above 50 for free shipping? I was planning to buy 3-4 items which was below 50$ each. I saw that I had to pay $12-$16 shipping charge for each item, which makes no sense. So I ended up just buying one item. Payment process is very hectic as well.
