I'm a regular business class traveler, my first and last trip with copa.Extremely bad experience staff is very rude most of their lounges Do not work. Very, very bad experience. They just seem keen to continue to cheat american business class Consumers.
Payment is rejected regardless of the card used. The invitation to complete a form with the assurance that the support team will respond within three hours yields no reply. Attempted to pay at the airport desk with reservations, but they cannot process the payment. Contacting the support team for a solution proves futile as they are unable to resolve the payment issue in time. Resulted in a missed flight.
I want to express my sincere gratitude to the representatives at the check-in desk for their outstanding service. I encountered an issue due to my own oversight, and they went above and beyond to assist me in resolving it.
They were patient, compassionate, and truly dedicated to finding a solution. Without their help, I would have been stranded in another state and unable to embark on my trip. Thanks to their efforts, everything turned out well.
I will always remember this thoughtful gesture. The team truly exemplifies excellent service, and I hope they receive the recognition they deserve.

Primero me echaron la culpa y querían cobrarme 150 USD extra, pero encontré pruebas de que no fue mi error, sino un fallo en su sistema. Tras numerosas llamadas, comenzaron a darme números de teléfono falsos para que llamara. No solucionaron nada ni ofrecieron tranquilidad sobre el problema con la impresión de los E-tickets. Estoy muy frustrado. Sin solución ni garantía, ofrecieron cancelar pero sin reembolso. Estoy muy molesto, tengo grabaciones de las llamadas. Si hubiera sabido que la compañía era tan mala, nunca habría comprado un boleto con ellos.
They combined my brother's last names on the E-ticket. I contacted their support team several times. Initially, they blamed me and wanted an additional charge of USD 150, but I provided evidence that it was their system causing the issue. After multiple calls, they began giving incorrect phone numbers to contact. They refused to fix anything or reassure me that there wouldn't be any problems due to the system's way of printing E-tickets. I'm very frustrated. No resolution, no reassurance, and they offered to cancel without a refund. I'm very upset and have recordings of the calls. Had I known the service would be this poor, I would have never purchased a ticket with them.
If I could rate lower than one star, I would. The staff was rude and unprepared, lacking communication and information. They denied me boarding, claiming I was missing a vaccine that is not required according to official government sources. When I tried to explain, they abruptly said they didn’t speak English and cut off the conversation. Moments later, I was told to leave the area, only to find my luggage had already been removed from the plane. The flight was significantly delayed, jeopardizing my connection. No explanations or assistance were offered. I requested a written statement to file a complaint, but they refused to help. This is the worst airline I've ever encountered.
This is one of the worst airlines I've flown with. Even budget carriers are superior. I traveled from one city to another and received an email before the flight claiming every economy passenger would have a personal screen, which was false. Not only was there no screen, but the seat was incredibly cramped. The plane was outdated, uncomfortable, and uncomfortably warm for a five-hour flight. The meal served was minimal and laughable. Additionally, they charge for seat selection, which is unusual for any reputable airline. At this point, this airline should stop pretending to be anything other than a budget carrier, as that’s exactly the level of service they provide. I will never fly with them again.
I booked a flight to a destination with a layover. Mid-flight, the pilot announced he had to expedite the journey because of low fuel. We ended up staying overnight at the layover location and could only fly to our destination the next afternoon. The departure was delayed, and we arrived late, missing important appointments. This was extremely stressful since we had no clothes with us for the unexpected overnight stay. A refund would be fair.

I currently hold two flight credits with this airline, both of which have been devalued significantly. They even claimed to have modified my trip when they hadn't, then demanded another payment to 'correct' their mistake. This airline operates with a shocking lack of integrity. If you value honesty and basic customer care, steer clear of them. Traveling with them feels like a scam.
