So far only very good experience with Vagabond! The shoes I ordered this week had a little scratch and Emma from the customer service provided very useful and friendly help within seconds in the live chat.
I bought boots from a company that broke within a year. While they appear attractive, the quality does not meet my expectations given the price. I trusted the brand and ordered another pair, but they lasted only about a week before the heels started to wear down. I was truly surprised by this. I cannot recommend purchasing from this company, especially if you need something that lasts.

Vagabond was founded in the late 60’s and originally only produced men’s shoes.
So much has happened since.
In the 80’s Vagabond’s young entrepreneurs-to-be fell in love with the brand and were entrusted with its transformation.
In the beginning the design office was located in Portugal and in Italy, close to the world’s best knowledge of shoemaking.
In 1993 Vagabond moves back to Varberg, Sweden, to set up a full workshop for prototypes, most likely one of its kind in Northern Europe.
