I've made purchases here four out of five times, and I have very few criticisms. While it takes some time to browse through the catalog for the right sizes and styles, the ordering and delivery process is consistently reliable. Returns are straightforward, as I can easily download the return label, and refunds are processed quickly. This has made embracing a sustainable lifestyle much more achievable.
As a seller, I truly regret using this platform. Initially, it seems convenient to hand over items for them to photograph and list. However, the quality is very poor. The photos make good items look unappealing, and they rejected perfectly functional pieces, even listing silver accessories as 'unknown metal' for just a few cents, which sold suspiciously quickly. Additionally, the service fees are so high that I earned only 10 euros from two large bags of items. While they save time, the hassle and minimal return make it unappealing. I prefer selling elsewhere.
