Vallore did not deliver the ordered product.

I ordered 2 bottles of Vallore cologne on 9/30/25 and the tracking site stated the shipment was delivered on yesterday, 10/20/25. But what i received is a pair of Sox. I would like to request a refund please. This is not what I ordered. I received an email asking for a 5 star review to before I can get any assistance with this order.
