I ordered cologne on 10/4/25. My package was supposed to be delivered within 5-7 business days. I still haven't receives my product and it's 11/3/25. I'm waiting on my email response from customer service, as the phone line is never open.

Items were supposed to ship to Brooklyn ny but once it arrived in Brooklyn, it never got to my house and tracking info stated that it arrived to California a day later. Never again . Item purchased a month ago btw.

Terrible experience being charged $39.99 a month for nothing. I filled out the form to cancel my membership the reply I got back was to write a 5 star review on their products. They never replied or discussed the cancelation. Please cancel my membership immediately and do not debit my account $39.99 effective immediately. Thank you

Nobody go to them. Ordered from them 2 weeks ago. They sent me a receipt. And took out another 40$ weeks later. Never received the product. It’s a scam. I’m getting my money back through the bank and blocked the merchant. Be careful out here ladies and gentlemen
