I placed an order (order #1754) for 2 different colognes from VALLORE and received 2 bottles of the same cologne. I contacted the company and informed them of the error. Then replied requesting photos. I sent the photos of what I received and a screenshot photo of the products I ordered. I have not received a response from them to let me know how they would correct this issue. Today they tried to charge my credit card $39.99 I have not ordered anything else from them and did not sign up for any subscription with this company. I always freeze my credit cards until I am ready to make a purchase so this unauthorized charge was declined did not go through. Customer service is very slow to reply to emails to their support if you get a response at all. I agree that this company is operating very shady to say the least if not a full scale Scam!

I placed an order for a product that was never delivered, and without my consent, they enrolled me in a so-called “free” Vallore Club newsletter, which turned out to be a recurring monthly charge.Do not do business with this company under any circumstances. Before you order, verify their physical location and test their customer service—if you can even reach them. Their lack of transparency and failure to respond to inquiries is a major red flag.Avoid at all costs!
Complete Scam. Avoid at all cost. I ordered cologne. They sent me a 2 dollar silicone scalp massager, all the way from China. The support email is run from someone phone because you can see it says outlook mobile. They charged me for a membership that they said comes with the purchase. Even after saying they would stop the membership they still charged me and I have not got a refund. I had my bank block all charges from them. It's a complete scam and they better hope I don't spend time tracking them down because I'm not with the shids.
This company is a fraud company. I ordered an item and paid over $100 but never received anything. But they have been charging my Apple Pay account over $400 without my knowledge or authorization. I’ve tried everything to get my money back no luck . USA consumer Services must investigate them and shut them down asap.
