I ordered one bottle of cologne for $40 3 months ago and they have charged me $40 every month since and havent sent me anything. No one answers the phone and when I try to send a message on their website the send button doesnt work. How do I get them to stop stealing my money other than closing my bank account and having to change my card info on 20 other payments I have…?????

I ordered cologne on 10/4/25. My package was supposed to be delivered within 5-7 business days. I still haven't receives my product and it's 11/3/25. I'm waiting on my email response from customer service, as the phone line is never open.
