Disgusting company. I use many survey sites and this is by far the worst I have ever come across. The only positive is there are constant surveys available but the reward is pitiful, 25 minutes in a survey for 50p and about 60% of the time they don't even credit you for the survey, redirecting you to the screen out page when the survey states you have completed it. Dire and will be stopping using. They may value your opinions but they certainly don't value you for providing them.

I have submitted the w-9 and other thing.Support responses were generic and the decision was final, leaving me with lost time, lost effort, and unreleased earnings. This platform may pay at first, but users should be aware that accounts can be closed suddenly with no transparency and no chance to recover earned rewards.I would not recommend relying on this platform for consistent or secure income.Very worst and fraud website don't use it

I'm so surprised of me being suspended given only a explanation of my data quality. What does that mean! 95 % of surveys are multiple choices, and some with the next question asking why you answered the previous question that way. Then in the introduction of the survey before the qualifications it says there's "No right or wrong answers. Then you might make it past the qualifications and begin the survey. Your still not out of the woods yet, about the fourth question, the screen will flip back saying you would be a better fit somewhere else, "Try another ! Here's one more confusing thing to add. Value opinions will put up multiple surveys to pick from and the time in minutes the survey takes. But when you open the survey and read the introduction the presenter will tell you how long the survey should take. So the presenter puts it in a variable that it should take 9 to 15 minutes. according to answers, but Value opinions puts it at 20 minutes. So if you actually finish it in the presenters time frame, Does value opinions penalize you as rushing or speeding because you didn't do their time scale? Another way to shut you down claiming it's a just cause. I was with value opinions 8 years. This suspension they put on me is the very first time I've ever been called out for doing something wrong. And I don't even know what that is. That in it's self raises suspicion. I'm 69 years old " retired, so to keep from Bordem, surveys have become my escape. And I just keep remembering who here wrote the rule book,and who here can change the rules to their advantage. I tried asking support for help of what I did. and why if it was a violation of terms. I'm not given a chance for my defense. Well it seems their help desk support is now A.I, particularly with the name of Kathrine. And lastly, value opinions has started using recording A.I surveys. Where questions must be answered verbally, I seen this new survey platform on other sites, And they ask up front do you want to participate ? Value opinions is not doing this, so you get a quarter of the way into the survey and this is sprung on you and your not prepared, leaving you with not knowing what to say so you don't say something incorrectly, or you click out of the survey leaving you definitely without giving your opinion . Hence the name of this survey platform Value "Opinions. Kinda deceiving isn't it ?
This site, these people are thieves. I am owed a reward and instead of providing it they are saying there are system issues. How long is reasonable to wait for this company to deliver on the reward they promise. Companies such as AT+T, J.D Power, etc. use this dynata platform. Do they know that consumers are being ripped off?
