My husband and I are exploring options for an anniversary gift so I booked an appointment with Van Bruun in Amsterdam. It's super easy to book an appointment and it's always in a very nice location. We've had appointments with Van Bruun in Amsterdam in the past as well and the staff is always extremely friendly and helpful. This was the first time I had an appointment with a Dutch staff member, Jordy, which was a nice surprise as before it was usually Swedish staff coming over to Amsterdam. Jordy seems to fit the Van Bruun brand, is very friendly and knowledgeable.I also liked that he was really trying to think along with me and advise me on the best options for me personally. One of the options I was interested in was not really standard and he went out of his way to make it possible for us, which is greatly appreciated. This is the type of great customer service that Van Bruun offers. We've purchased both my engagement and wedding ring from Van Bruun in the past and we have always been very happy with their customer service at the time of purchase but also thereafter in supporting with maintenance, etc.
