We took all the time we needed and got to customise the perfect ring in the end. There was no pressure just great support. We were welcomed in a very nice showroom in Copenhagen to perform a ring exchange. Camille was very friendly and knowledgeable around what we needed. Level service was higher than expected. My deadline service was not met due to transport carrier misplacing the package. She was able to refund this fee. Again, level of service should be reason you visit here.
