Very disappointed with how my account issue is being handled. A card that I requested to be removed is still linked to my account, and auto-charging was enabled without my consent or prior notification.This is no longer just a technical problem, it involves unauthorized billing and poor communication. I’m still waiting for clear explanations, corrective action, and written confirmation that the issue has been resolved.
I would not recommend these jokers, I have the payment setup on PayPal to pay them on every billing date. I'm guessing that because there are different days in the month they get paid a day late and they jump down your throat. The servers are down more than up, I pay them yearly or maybe 6 monthly and they still demand more money. I'm closing my account, I have hosted websites with probably more than 20 companies and these idiots are the worst of the lot.
