Vanessa is an amazing trainer, from what I have heard, she is a genius. I am new to the recruitment world and the training she gave was great. I learn`t so much even though my job spec is not a recruiter. I would highly recommend her to any business.

One thing I’ve noticed with a lot of training sessions these days is how hard it can be to stay engaged, but that really wasn’t the case with Vanessa. From the start, I found myself fully locked in during her sessions.She has a great way of balancing solid, in-depth information with keeping things engaging, instead of just overwhelming you with content. It never felt like “information dumping,” which made a big difference.You can also tell she really knows her stuff. It’s always refreshing being taught by someone who’s genuinely confident and knowledgeable in what they’re sharing. I had quite a few “oh wow, I didn’t know that” moments during her sessions, which made the whole experience even more valuable.Overall, her sessions were not just informative, but actually enjoyable, which is a rare find.

Vanessa is an engaging presenter and clearly a deep expert in creative sourcing of specialist candidates. Her courses are easy to consume; you can dip in and out of the bite sized lessons that make up each modules and come back in and pick up any time where you left off.
