I had a wonderful experience at this studio. The staff were incredibly nice and accommodating. While I can't comment on the hair styling because I wore a wig, the other clients' hair looked fantastic. The makeup artist tailored the makeup to my preferences and executed my complicated eye makeup idea beautifully. And though the scheduling was strict, the staff sorted things out with another client to allow me time to paint my nails (thank you!!♡) The photographer was open to my ideas and captured some great shots. Overall, it was a very fun and enjoyable experience!
Extremely professional photographer (Danny), hair and makeup artists very skilled. Did as a family experience for my teenage daughter's birthday, she felt very special and loved every moment. Long day, but worthwhile as we have some stunning pictures to treasure forever.
Cannot recommend this experience enough! My boyfriend and I decided to do this to celebrate our anniversary and I’m so glad we did. From start to finish, the entire team made us so welcome and very comfortable.Our photographer Buenardo (sorry if I misspelled) was absolutely incredible. Walked us through the plan and what looks to style and made us feel instantly at ease. He worked with us to get the best out of every look and WOW could you tell by the finished images. We struggled to whittle down the final images because there were honestly so many great ones! Thanks so much for such a great experiencd
My daughter and I had a very enjoyable afternoon at Vanity Studios We were greeted by the friendly staff, offered refreshments and then had our hair and make up done for the photo shoot. The staff were really lovely and listened to what we wanted but also gave suggestions. We were both very pleased with the end results! Our photographer was helpful at discussing our outfits and gave good suggestions regarding co-ordination. He made us feel relaxed and confident during the photo shoot. After the photo shoot we were offered more refreshments and both enjoyed viewing the photos. They were so professional it was tricky making our selection but we were helped by Samantha who grouped them to help with our decision. Many thanks for a very enjoyable afternoon.
All the team from Makeup, Hair and Photographers were very welcoming and friendly. If I could suggest one thing it would be just a little more of a preparation discussion before the actual day to help prepare us for timings and length of the day as it’s quite busy and a long process with a young child in our case so we should have brought something for her to do to keep her occupied.

The entire day was a debacle, the make up process only lasted 30 minutes felt rushed and she did not explain what products she was using on my face. In addition to this my make up was not contoured and my un-threaded eyebrows were not covered in an effort to align my face. The photographers were also late to attend, however Keiron was a pleasant individual and it was a pleasure working with him, especially as i only wanted the complimentary photo. The consultation process was shockingly very unprofessional as Pascale had made a mistake (e.g provided me with 2 complimentary photos instead of 1) and then expected me to pay for it! inevitably i declined. Prior to leaving my apt i was informed that i would be fully reimbursed £75 in 2 days time, on the 05.06.24 i emailed Samantha (vanity manager) to inform her that i was still waiting for my reimbursement, yet to date she has not responded. My apt was on the 02.06.24 six days have passed and i have yet to receive my refund or a response from the manager Samantha. This entire experience has been very disappointing and i could only assume that the after treatment would have been more forthcoming if i had gone ahead and purchased a package. i would like to be contacted immediately so that my concerns can be addressed. Overall Vanity studios have had there time its all about Broadway now. UPDATE:- Just saw the response from Vanity and it's disheartening to be be given excuses especially regarding pascale who explained that she was an experienced worker plus prior to the make up being applied Samiah explained that each process would last 1 hour.
