Review Time
Yesterday, I went into, Shoezone (Harrow).
I wanted men’s brown shoes in size 7.
They only had them in black. I have many pairs of black shoes, so really didn’t want another!
The sales assistant (sorry, I didn’t get his name), suggested that he can order me a pair of brown shoes, size 7 for tomorrow and also have it delivered to my house at 2.00pm the following day.
I said ok, but how much is the delivery charge? He replied, it’s free delivery.
This way I did not need to carry my newly acquired shoes home.
My new shoes arrived on time today, all present and correct!
Well Done Team.
Ps. I need these shoes to look anywhere I visit the Ritz on Friday!!

The Dartford store team were super helpful when placing an order which was out of stock size in store, for next day delivery which is free aswell. Can’t ask for more. They were very friendly and the boots arrived the next day as promised, excellent value and are really good quality too.

I’d give zero stars if I could. False advertisement of products, shoes that cost £40 but fall apart after 2 months and want to ignore consumer rights acts. Me and my partner have had different issues over 2 different pairs of shoes in this past week alone and the customer service is SHOCKING. Will never buy from them again. AVOID
The treatment of employees at this company is appalling. Their dignity is stripped away, and individuals in offices, team leaders, and managers act like they are untouchable. Psychological abuse and bullying happen regularly. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a job.
