I've ordered from VapeBig twice now. The first time I ordered, I did not receive any confirmation email, but I wasn't too concerned as this happens sometimes. However, after 13 days I did not receive the product, and I contacted the team to sort it out. After speaking with the owner, the item was sent out, and I received it 2 days later. It was a hassle, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. The second time I ordered, one of the pods was burnt and I immediately tried to ring customer service and got no response after constant calling for 2-3 days.Honestly, as a first-time buyer, this is not the service that I expected. I'm not happy at all with the service I have received here.
Ordered 3 disposable Hyatti vapes for £27.99 delivery is supposedly 1-2 working days tracked.Received my tracking - never changed from we are waiting from your item. Contacted customer support 2 weeks later, still no delivery.Asked for full address and advised me royal mail have lost my parcel and would I like a refund or a replacement. Foolish me would still like the items I paid for so I proceeded with replacement.Still haven't received the items I've paid for despite it now showing as delivered - customer service is absolutely abysmal. My advice would be to steer well clear of using this platform to order anything you intend to receive - if you feel inclined to give away free money perhaps it would he better in the hands of a charity rather than the hands of an incompetent business model.
I ordered terea sticks they sent wrong item they sent . sent heets rung told me to email a picture of wrong item sent which I did rung to check if recieved email which they did they told me to return item which I did on 24hr tracked to the address on website emailed tracking details to them then emailed about my refund to be told the return address wasn't there return address still waiting on refund 2 weeks later no one from company can give me a straight answer avoid this company as they rip you off ordered on 22nd March
